I’ve knitted this hat in my favourite ‘fishbone’ tuck stitch, which makes a linear, two colour pattern and subtle surface texture. I’ve added a ribbed brim, to help hold the hat on in the windiest days and a flattering rolled edge. I’ve tooled in a delicate, decorative braid between the brim and hat for extra colour and texture. I’ve topped the hat off with a soft, hand-made, merino pompom.
This hat is knitted in silky, soft hand-dyed merino wool.
