I originally designed this cosy cowl for my ornithologist partner, to keep him warm during long winter days in the field. It's a little closer fitting than some of my other cowls so that you can pull it up over face on colder days... or you can just allow it to drape gracefully around your neck when it's less chilly.
I knit each cowl in two colours, in a pattern of bubbles and skewed stripes and knit on a neat, contemporary, corded edging. I've lots of colourways, knit in 100% hand-dyed merino to make silky soft and slightly drapey cowls.
