I knit this scarf in a soft, floaty laceweight yarn made from baby Suri alpaca and silk. The scarf has an allover quaking grass lace pattern, and I've made eight little silky sea-coloured tassels in silk/Bluefaced leciester wool at each end.
The scarf is about 19cm wide and a generous 170cm long but weighs only 48g (just over 1.5 oz).
The Tessallated Scarf name blends it's tassels and it's tessellated, mosaic lace pattern.
Tasselated scarf
The scarf is knit in Fyberspates Cumulus, a soft and silky baby Suri Alpaca (74%) and silk (26%) mix. I make the tassels from Fyberspates Gleem (55% Bluefaced Leciester wool/ 45% silk laceweight yarn).

Hand wash very gently in cool water. Dry flat, pinned out hard to shape. Alternatively, dry clean.
