Mini moles!

I've spent a ridiculous day knitting tiny earthworms for tiny knitted moles to eat.

I used Jamieson's Sprindrift Shetland wool to both knit and stuff the animals- the marled colours and gentle fuzzy bloom make great fur, plumage and skin.

I knitted these and then wet felted them before adding embroidery and tiny glass beads for eyes and nose.

I'll add hanging loops so that they can join my menagerie of tiny knitted beastie decorations.
